"Tsunami Memorial"



Tsunami Memorial出品作品の紹介です。タイの南部の海沿いのサイトで、セミナーやレクチャー、展示等を行うコンプレックス・フォールディング。つまりコンプレックスものでフォールディングしてみました。地形を利用して谷に流れる小川を囲む様に各棟が配置されています。また永遠に途絶えることのない川の流れによって、津波と逆行するエネルギーを利用し魂を癒すプロジェクトとなっています。尚、津波被害者が多国籍に及ぶことから、宗教統合の記号を随所にちりばめています。
Tsunami Memorial
Tsunami memorial project. I tried multi complex folding type architecture. Site is south Thailand and program are seminar room, lecture space and museum etc... Also folding takes landscape character, which is stream is located in center of the site. And that stream must be the Key concept of opposite direction of water stream of Tsunami. It can be useful many healing facilities. I also tried to put international religious semiotics in the site.
