This project had been developed by Non-linear boat "capture flow" concept link.

This project has two urban concepts, one is 'blue pier city' and other is axis shift of whole Brooklyn street plan. These two urban concepts had been united by organic and dynamic scale of movement, that also solved functional movement of each for boat launch, boat stock, boat cafe, boat woodshop and civil plaza.
